Steering on all wheels, four wheelers or the rear – no matter what you want to call it, is not really a new technology. In recent decades, many vehicles have been equipped with this type of steering system, which improves both handling, maneuverability and stability in both high and low speed drives. The Scarabee's selling point is not similar to that of the American Humvee, nor its adaptive suspension and payload capacity of about 4,000 pounds. In addition to its four-wheel steering system and hybrid system, the Arquus Scarabee is designed to be dropped in flight, making it a great choice for an official military vehicle. In fact, according to Popular science, the Scarabee is candidate to replace the French army fleet of 725 light armored vehicles by 2025.
