Today on Good Morning America, Disney unveiled some of its plans for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World, which will include decoration on Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom for the festivities.

As part of the celebration, Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom will add to her royal transformation from last year. As you can see in this new artist rendering, the castle will feature a golden garland and a 50e anniversary crest as part of its festive new look.

It is assumed that the current construction of the castle is linked to the addition of the decor, the moat being currently dammed on both sides.

Sure, Cinderella’s Castle has already been painted in preparation for this month, but now the look will be completed with these additions as the anniversary approaches on October 1, 2021.
