Aryan Khan drug case: friend Arbaaz Merchant files request for cruise terminal footage, as NCB makes another arrest | Hindi movie news

With the custody of Aryan Khan and his other co-defendants Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha over today, Arbaaz, through his lawyer, filed a request to obtain CCTV footage of the cruise terminal where Arbaaz and Aryan was reportedly detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3.

Merchant claimed that despite the fact that he only recovered six grams of charas, the NCB’s referral request against him and Aryan Khan had mentioned the recovery of more drugs in the case. .

He also claimed that the BCN’s claim that his intention was to board the ship was totally false as they did not have the ticket to board the ship.

The first three to be arrested, Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun, were first detained by the BCN after the drug seizure and then brought before the Mumbai court on Sunday. Their request for bail was considered by the court at a hearing, but ultimately their custody was extended until Thursday at the request of the NCB and their lawyer. The three young people were charged under article 8 (c) read with articles 20b, 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the NDPS law.

In the meantime, there has been another arrest in this case. NCB officials have found the person in possession of the weed hydroponics and this new defendant will be presented to court today.
