Ashton Kutcher broke his silence after announcing that his Netflix series The ranch would end after six seasons.
Kutcher, who plays Colt Bennett in the original Netflix series, went on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to talk about the upcoming end of The ranch, which should end in 2020 after a final season of 20 episodes.
"@Theranchnetflix is coming to an end, but not yet," he wrote. "We are excited to present you the last 20 episodes – 10 released later this year (2019) on @ Netflix, then 10 more in 2020. Stay tuned!"

The news that the series was coming to an end was first unveiled just minutes before Kutcher's tweet. The star of the series, Elisha Cuthbert, unveiled the news on Instagram.
"One of the most enjoyable experiences of my professional career has come to an end. Over the past 4 years, we have finished shooting the 80 concerts, but it's far from right for you! We're excited to present the last 20 episodes – 10 released later this year (2019) on #Netflix, then 10 more in 2020, "she wrote.
