Hope you are ready for spring, Vikings of Valhalla, as another seasonal festival is about to kick off in the colony. Ubisoft’s next title update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla tomorrow will add gear transmogrification so Eivor will always be at his best. Later this week, the new Spring Festival will bring you new challenges and rewards.
The Ostara de Valhalla festival will take place from this Thursday March 18 to April 8. Like the winter festival, Ubisoft says Ravensthorpe is going to get a makeover and new activities. This time, the village will flourish. You’ll also have egg hunts to participate in and new rewards to earn. More details on the festival will arrive later this week when it begins, they say.
The new title update also offers the ability to change the appearance of your gear and armor. For 50 Silver, Gunnar the Blacksmith of Ravensthorpe will change the appearance of your gear to something from the same item category. Transmogs are always welcome in RPGs. It’s a shame to choose between gear with good stats and good looks.
You can check out the rest of the patch notes on the Ubisoft site. Also noteworthy is a close-up camera option that will switch to a more zoomed-in camera view for running but retreating during combat. Ubisoft also said: “There will now be more cats all over England”. Huzzah!
Ubisoft says the title update 1.2.0 will be around 15.85GB for PC gamers. It is expected to launch around noon GMT tomorrow, March 16.
