What's going on ?! Offset was arrested in Georgia and reportedly accused of possession of firearms. Discover what happened!
Just a week after his wife Cardi B gave birth to their first daughter, Offset was arrested in Georgia. Rapper Migos was arrested after being arrested by Georgia cops, according to TMZ . An eyewitness claims that police found at least one weapon in Offset's car, which was the reason for his arrest. The rapper was first arrested for tinting the windows of his car, but he was later booked and thrown behind bars for alleged possession of firearms. The big problem is that Off is a convicted felon currently on probation, so he is not supposed to own a firearm.
Offset was just outside of Atlanta when the incident occurred. According to the point of sale, neither Cardi nor his new baby Kulture Kiari were in the car at the time of arrest. Just a few days ago, Cardi and Offset were having fun on a photo taking their newborn baby to the doctor, and everything seemed fine! "Doctors visit mom and dad," Cardi told the adorable Instagram photo. Then, just a day ago, Cardi was shown lying with her granddaughter, showing how well she went to the maternity ward. A few hours ago, she also showed on Instagram a pantry full of cereals, which she clearly wanted! Unfortunately, while Cardi was at home with her baby, it seems that her other significant did not necessarily behave.
In 2013, Offset was incarcerated in Dekalb County Prison in Georgia for violating his probation that he had received due to previous convictions for felony robbery and burglary. Then, after a concert at Georgia Southern University in April 2015, Offset and his entourage were arrested for possessing an unspecified narcotic from Schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon at fire in a school security zone and possession of a firearm while committing a crime. The rapper was imprisoned for eight months, and even incited a riot during his time in prison. He was released in December 2015, but the rapper could not avoid the trouble because six months later he was arrested twice in one week, both for possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
