Luminosity Announces New Fortnite Pro Team

Luminosity Gaming unveiled Friday afternoon its new professional training for Fortnite: Battle Royale.

The new list includes some of the best Fortnite talent in the competitive scene, including Chris "crowdotwave" Merryweather, Abdiel "Aragon" Ortega, Brian "beesox" Song and Nate "kreo" Kou.

The official announcement came via a post on LG's Twitter page.

In a statement accompanying the announcement, LG said the completion of the listing concludes a process that has been a half-year in the making.

"It has been in the works for quite some time that we started recruiting talent in January of this year," the statement said. "We decided to build a team based on merit, ignoring factors such as popularity.We believe we have created a list that not only can compete with the best today, but has the tools and potential to continue to grow as Fortnite esports grows. "

The four players participated in the Summer Skirmish Series tournament on Friday, with kreo and Aragon finishing in the top 10.

Players will have strong mentors and competent to help them in their new journey; LG's content creation team has some of the biggest names in the Fortnite community, including Ninja, SypherPK and CDNThe3rd.

Although these content creators are not part of the occupational group, they will likely still participate in some events, including the $ 8 million summer skirmish series.
