Ball raises thousands, Veteran wins gold at Invictus Games

Each week we aim to bring you the latest rural stories that have been making news across western NSW.

And there certainly has been plenty happening!

From a former Australian Army turned RFDS base manager winning gold at the Invictus Games to a charity ball raising thousands for children in Uganda.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the former Australian serviceman then competed in the Invictus Games – which Prince Harry created in 2014 – where he won a gold medal in the sailing event.

Herd2Homes is helping to save working dogs, provide education:
