A former top boxer has been jailed for nine months after he was found guilty of urinating on two women and badaulting a man at a Gold Coast nightclub.
On Wednesday, Scotsman Stephen Lavelle, 28, was found guilty of three counts of badault following a brawl at a Surfers Paradise nightclub in April, The Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
CCTV footage used in the trial, which has since been released, shows Lavelle urinating on two women just after 3am – triggering the fight at a crowded Sin City.

Revellers Amy Wallace and Kortney Rykers Hollier, both 18, were on the dance floor when Lavelle urinated on the pair.
The women told their friend Bilal McCracken Strickland about the incident, prompting him to confront Lavelle and call him a ‘putrid f***’.
In the video, the pair are seen exchanging words before Lavelle suddenly lashes out, hitting Mr Strickland and striking Ms Rykers Hollier’s face in the process.
As a result of the initial blow, Mr Strickland jumped over the railing separating the two men. It was then Lavelle allegedly threw a bottle in his direction.
A photo of Mr Strickland following the incident shows him with a bloodied face, but the court heard no evidence to suggest his wounds were the result of the bottle.
In Southport Magistrates Court on Wednesday, Magistrate Mark Howden said Lavelle – a former Commonwealth Games athlete – was not provoked to attack Mr Strickland.

‘He could have walked away, there is no evidence of an imminent physical badault,’ Judge Howden said.
However, Judge Howden said he believed Lavelle’s action were still out of character.
On the night, Lavelle said he had consumed six bottles of Corona, three glbades of Jack Daniels and Coke and a Jagerbomb.
He was sentenced to nine months in prison – suspended for twelve months – for badault occasioning bodily harm and fined $1000 for mistakenly hitting Ms Rykers.
Lavelle was also ordered to pay compensation to his victims and a conviction was recorded.
