Max Verstappen has revealed how Esteban Ocon made the paddock after the Brazilian Grand Prix that sparked the "violent" reaction from the Dutchman.
Verstappen was handed a punishment of two days of 'public service' to repeatedly shoving after the end of the second half of the year.
Ocon was attempting to unlaw himself when race leader Verstappen approached to overtake him, but the two cars spun off the track when the Frenchman tried to defend his position.

That sparked an expletive-laden response from Verstappen but it has been revealed that it has been left unclear.
"It is always easy to talk afterwards," Verstappen said to Dutch TV station Ziggo Sport. "I just wanted to look for him and ask what was going on.
"But he immediately answered, 'I was faster than you' and said it with such a smile on his face.
"I try to be as positive as possible towards my mechanics, but this second place does not feel right.
"And then you meet someone who does not even apologize for what happened and reacts exactly the other way around."
The pair did their peace and shared a briefing in Sao Paulo paddock.
Aim Verstappen was hit with a two-day "public service" punishment by the FIA.
Red Bull boss Horner Christian backed his driver, saying: "I think Max has been quite restrained to be honest. It's cost him a grand prize victory. He's driven his heart out with a damaged car.
"Esteban was lucky to get away with a push, to be honest with you. Emotions are running high.
"I got him, 'get you under control' on the cool-down lap because he's lost a victory over his fault and he's hugely frustrating for him and for the team."
