Former NSW Leader of the Opposition Luke Foley will not sue the CBA or journalist Ashleigh badr for harbadment charges stating that he "will not put everyone on the line".
"It is in no one's interest to have this case go through lengthy court proceedings and I will not make everyone suffer," Foley said in his first statement since announces his departure from politics.
He was supposed to publish a statement confirming it last week, but it was delayed, said a source close.
