A new Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo raises serious concerns.

More than 400 cases have been confirmed since the beginning of August, which means that the virus is about to become the second-largest outbreak of the world's largest virus.

Efforts are underway to contain the virus, but there is a serious complication: the affected region is a war zone.
