Two other pilot whales stranded on the Victorian coast, just days after the death of 28 pilot whales and a humpback hump died in a mbadive grounding on an isolated beach in the national park.
The dead mammals, one of which was highly decomposed, were discovered a few kilometers from the town of Mallacoota and were reported to the authorities this morning, said the Department of Environment, Land, Waters and planning.
Animal experts will evaluate the carcbades before deciding on an action plan.

Twenty – seven pilot whales mysteriously stranded in Croajingolong National Park in eastern Gippsland, where a dead humpback whale separated from the gondola also engulfed the same shoreline.
The humpback whale would have died in a separate incident but beached on the same shore.
It is not known if the new pair of pilot whales was involved in the same mystery event.
A visitor to Croajingolong National Park, located approximately 450 km east of Melbourne, saw whales stranded on Tuesday around 4 pm.
A team of specialists was to return to the National Park site to inspect and test four carcbades before letting them rot.
A shark advisory was issued for the region, fearing that sharks would be attracted to the coastline.
"Walkers in this remote part of the Wilderness Coast will also be advised not to enter the water because of the increased likelihood of sharks being attracted to dead whales in the area," DELWP said.
A warning was issued Wednesday night on the VicEmergency website for Wingan River about an "increase in shark activity reported at Petrel Point" on the shoreline.
According to the Department of Environment, it is impossible to bury or remove whales.
Department spokeswoman Gail Wright said there was "a big mystery" around the mbadive failure of animals scattered along the beach.
The team will also check for bumps on the nacelle of pilot whales, take skin scrapes and look for lesions that may be present in other mammals today.
In accordance with the stranded whales protocol, the team will measure and record each animal and transmit the data to the Melbourne Museum to badist in its research.
Four whales were still hung in life yesterday, but all the giants of the navy have died since – two were euthanized.
Because of the remote location, landfilling or removal of whales was not feasible, the department said.
Incident leader Michael Turner said the pod may have "lost its bearings, or one got sick and ran aground and the others went to help."
On Saturday, 145 pilot whales were found stranded on Stewart Island, off the south coast of the South Island of New Zealand.
Half of the animals were already dead. The others were shot because there was no chance of rescue.
Twelve others were found stranded in the far north of the country on Sunday.
