A mother in the United States was filmed in a viral video verbally abusing a group of aid handlers at a mall after she learned that her daughter was not allowed to pat the animals.
The clip of the incident, which occurred in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on December 19, was viewed more than a million times in 12 hours after being posted on Facebook by the manager. Megan Stoff.
