Modern Family star Sarah Hyland shared a spectacular cliché with fans on Instagram – to get some inspiration from fitness.
The actress, aged 28, posted a picture of herself in a very brief gold bikini top, hair in curls, accompanied by an explanation. This is not a current picture, reports News.com.au.
"I put that doubt on my mind to remember that I can go to the gym, and lately I apologize because of the constant pain caused by health problems, but nothing more," she writes.
"The body of a woman is a miraculous thing and we can do anything we think about. # Been # bodygoals I come here."
Hyland has been very open about her health issues since she became famous – the sitcom star has been battling all her life against kidney dysplasia and received in 2012 a kidney transplant from his father.
But by the end of 2016, the kidney began to fail, and Hyland received a second transplant from his brother Ian in September 2017.
His health problems, which now include endometriosis, have led to depression.
"I was very depressed. When a member of your family gives you a second chance in life, it gives the impression that it is your fault. This is not the case, but that's the case, "said the actress at Self magazine.
"For a long time, I considered committing suicide, because I did not want to let my little brother down like my father."
Just three days before his second kidney transplant, Hyland met Wells Adams, a former radio DJ and former Bachelorette candidate, who has been following her since.
"He saw me at worst," Hyland explained. "I think that's why I feel the most beautiful in his eyes, because he always finds me beautiful after seeing all that."
"It was really an intimate start for a relationship to have to go through those barriers at the very beginning, when you just get to know someone," the actress added. "Also, fall in love with someone before you become really intimate, I did not believe it was a thing, but it is."
And in a post last year, the star revealed her surprising preference for exercise.
"So, I have a break in filming before other things, and does anyone else like to work naked in front of mirrors for you to hate and work more." strong? " she asked her fans in an Instagram story.
