After 5 years, the comic success of the parable Stanley is finally legitimately unlocked

The popular interactive storytelling game 2013, The Stanley Parable, was launched with a comic feat, mocking the insult commonly used by gamers: "get out." To achieve this goal, players had to avoid playing the game for five uninterrupted years. The initial release date of the computer was October 17, 2013. Yesterday, it was the first legitimate date to unlock this exploit without resorting to hacking or other unofficial measure, which coincided with the fifth anniversary of The Stanley Parable.

A simple way to circumvent the strict requirements of implementation is to convince the game that five years have pbaded by changing the date and time settings of the computer on which the Stanley dish is installed. This would meet the conditions of the achievement, which is why a significant minority of players has unlocked this performance and others with similar time constraints.

October 17, 2018 marked the earliest date possible for the achievement to be unlocked using the perfectly legitimate strategy of "going out" and avoiding The Stanley Parable for an uninterrupted five-year period.
