As Carrie Bickmore prepares to welcome her third child, she will be temporarily replaced on her popular radio show by a surprising host.
Keith Urban, 51, will join 33-year-old Tommy Little on Wednesday as the star of The Project takes maternity leave from her hit show on Hit Network, Carrie and Tommy.
The country singer will co-host the full show from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, airing across the country before hosting the ARIA Awards.

The two men will discuss Keith's new album, Graffiti U, his new single Never Comin 'Down and what he likes most about coming home.
Last week, Carrie burst into tears during her last show.
The 37-year-old woman confessed to worry about the impact that her third child could have on the bonds of her eldest children, Ollie, 11, and Evie, three.
"I am very excited about the expansion of my family," Carrie said live.

"Ollie think we're going to have a boy and Evie think we're going to have a girl, so one of them is going to be very disappointed and another very excited," she added with a small to laugh.
She then tore herself up saying that she had been "moved" by thinking about her children.
"I know families of three and I know that they love each other so much, but I do not want anything that can happen to them. So that makes me a little sad, she says.

Carrie shares her son Ollie with the late husband Greg Lange, who lost his 10-year battle with brain cancer in 2010.
She shares her daughter Evie and her unborn child with her television partner Chris Walker.
Meanwhile, Keith is in Sydney for the ARIA Awards Wednesday night, where he will trade his guitar licks for master pickups and host the 32nd annual awards.
