Fortnite has taken a new step, according to a Bloomberg report. The game Battle Royale, very popular and launched a little over a year ago, has touched more than 200 million players!

By November 2018, Fortnite had reached 200 million players. almost equal to the population of Brazil. In June 2018, Fortnite had 125 million registered players, an increase of 60%. That's more than 5 times that number of players declared by Epic in January 2018.
In addition, Epic Games is doing very well financially thanks to Fortnite. Although Fortnite is a free game for all mainstream platforms, it generates money by using items and currencies in play.
In October 2018, Epic Games raised $ 1.25 billion from a group of investors including KKR & Co., Vulcan Capital and Kleiner Perkins. That gave Epic Games a value of nearly $ 15 billion.
