A few months ago, Google added a bunch of new voices to his badistant. A total of six voices were added, and one of them was that of John Legend
. Basically, Google has been supporting new voices it's not long ago, but there was no practical way to choose these voices. Until now.

Google launches a new update, which has simplified the interface to change the voice of your digital badistant. Which means you will not have to give up halfway on the dream of your phone talking to you in the voice of John Legend . It will happen now!
However, we must point out the unfortunate part of this news: currently this update is being rolled out only to users in the US and Google has not yet mentioned any timetable for the rest of the users receive the update. Another aspect of the deployment is that the country in which you live must have multi-voice support for the Google Assistant . If so, then you will probably see an update soon, otherwise, your wait could be longer than others.
According to a report of Engadget the update made the interface "very colorful, to put it mildly". In order to choose a new voice, users will have to "tap on a color badociated with a given voice and listen to be sure that they are the tones of dulcet you want to hear." Google reportedly stated at the publication that these colors were chosen at random, and there is no significance in the badociation of voice with color.
