Former Australian captain Ian Chappell has launched a scathing attack on Cricket Australia officials, accusing the administrators of letting the players "head in the neck" after the falsification scandal.
In an interview at 7:30, Chappell also said that Cricket Australia did not understand the game "at the highest level".
Cricket Australia's performance report on Monday revealed that the organization was perceived as "arrogant and dominant" and that the players were living in a "golden bubble".
"I can understand the feeling of arrogance," said Chappell at 7:30.
"A lot of people I deal with at Cricket Australia are good people and are very helpful, but I've already seen the arrogant side."
Chappell said that he thought Cricket Australia's president, David Peever, "would have a hard time changing."
