Jennifer Aniston revealed that she needed regular therapy sessions to overcome her cleavage with her second husband, Justin Theroux.
The 49-year-old woman, who left Theroux, 47, in February after less than three years of marriage, told Us Weekly that she had taken care of "taking care of herself" after the split.
"It requires a lot of therapy, but you rely on it absolutely," she said.
A source close to the star told the magazine that she was "very comfortable where she is" in life.
"She does her thing exactly as she wants and really enjoys life," said the insider, noting that Aniston "believes that whatever his career, he will present himself as he should."
The former star of the Friends had denied in August the information that she would not have been devastated by the split.
"First of all, with all due respect, I do not have a broken heart, and secondly, these are irresponsible badumptions," she told InStyle. "Nobody knows what's going on behind closed doors – no one thinks how sensitive it could be for my partner and I. They do not know what I've experienced medically or emotionally."
Aniston will then be seen in the movie Dumpin & # 39; in which she embodies a mother obsessed with beauty who ignores her daughter.
She explained that it was easy to understand the character because her own mother, Nancy Dow, was a former beauty queen who made her feel ugly.
"She was very critical of me, because she was a model, she was beautiful, beautiful, I was not – I have never been," she said. at The Hollywood Reporter. "Honestly, I still do not think of myself under that kind of light, which is good, she was also very ruthless, she would keep grudges that I found so tiny."
The couple quarreled in 1996 when she spoke to her television series Hard Copy about her daughter. Then, in 1999, she wrote the book From Mother and Daughter to Friends: A Brief. It was written against the wishes of Aniston and their conflict has widened.
Dow died in May at the age of 79 and would have left her daughter featured out of the will although Aniston pays most of her medical expenses in the last years of her life since his stroke in 2011.
