FANS are not too happy with Canada's idea of an Australian hamburger.
McDonald's introduced a new hamburger "Aussie BBQ and Egg" in its lineup, but people are not so impressed by the interpretation of what makes an Australian hamburger
The hamburger was launched this month as part of the channel's "World Taste Tour" promotion, but people soon noticed that it was missing just about every element of a clbadic Australian burger. There is no beetroot or pineapple, but rather beef, eggs, beets, processed cheese, lettuce and barbecue sauce.
Encouraging customers to "taste Australia," social media users surveyed McDonald's on how the hamburger was "Aussie", but received the same answer about the ingredients used to do it.
