Somehow, the end of the year is in sight. That means the holiday season is just about to be, which in turns means that Black Friday is almost here. With Nintendo Switch being a year older, we're seeing it more prominently in the deals than various retailer offerings.
Black Friday is now less than two weeks away – it takes place on November 23 Target's preview ad kicked things off and revealed what's turned out to be a very similar deal on the Switch console itself. At Target, Walmart, and Best Buy, it's going for the standard $ 300 price ($ 299 at Walmart, technically), but with a free copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe thrown in. At least so far, we have not seen any outright discounts on the hardware. Kohl's has a honeymoon bundle, though that comes with $ 90 in Kohl's Cash to offset the cost.
A lot of games are on sale, but it's not the same as PS4 or Xbox One, as you'd expect. Still, there are some good deals: last year's surprisingly excellent XCOM-like, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, drops to $ 20 at Best Buy; Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate drops to $ 35 at Target, Walmart, and Best Buy; Arms goes to $ 35 at Walmart; and Bayonetta 2 (which includes the previous game) will be $ 40 at Best Buy.
