A child was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a fall at the Marion Mall.
Emergency services were called to the mall shortly after 3:40 pm.
The child, whose age and bad and currently unknown, was transported to the Flinders Medical Center with severe head injuries.
A Westfield spokesman said tonight: "We can confirm that a toddler fell off his pram while he was in a retail store in the mall this afternoon.
"The ambulance was called immediately and the child was transferred to the hospital accompanied by his mother."
The police do not seem to investigate the incident yet.
