Last year, the BMW 8 Series Coupe Concept made its North American debut at Pebble Beach's Elegance Contest. For this year's Monterey Car Week, BMW is planning an even more stunning world premiere event.

For the moment, BMW keeps a mystery about the identity of this performance model. Yet that did not stop car enthusiasts from guessing his identity.
The BMW model most likely to debut at the event is the all-new BMW Z4. There have been several sightings of camouflaged Z4 models in recent months, so the Monterey Car Week seems to be the perfect time to make its official debut.
BMW's Z4 model will share a platform with another highly anticipated performance model: the new Toyota Supra However, BMW and Toyota have promised that every model will have its own look and driving dynamics.

The BMW M850i Coupé is the first of many series models for the BMW 8 Series. Meanwhile, the BMW Concept M8 Gran Coupé, a conceptual vehicle based on the 8 Series, will debut in North America after its first appearance at the Geneva Motor Show
