Brock Lesnar returns
Brock Lesnar is set to make a rare appearance on RAW just a few days before his scheduled clash with Braun Strowman for the Universal Championship at WWE Crown Jewel.
Lesnar will be joined by his advocate Paul Heyman and will surely be looking to respond to Strowman’s strong words following last week’s episode.
The Monster Among Men took a swipe at the UFC legend’s part-time schedule and insisted that if he beats him he will bring the belt with him every week.
The two super heavyweights have had some epic battles in the past against each other and tonight’s confrontation could end up in chaos.
The Shield implode
The Shield have broken up once more just two months after their stunning second reunion on RAW.
Roman Reigns relinquished the Universal Championship after announcing that he has leukaemia and returned home to battle the illness.
His Brothers in Arms Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins then decided to honour their partner by winning the RAW Tag Team Championships from Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre.
The Hounds of Justice duo were successful in their attempt but Ambrose then betrayed Rollins and launched a savage attack on his former friend which ended when he smashed his partner’s head on the exposed cement floor at ringside with Dirty Deeds.
The wounded Kingslayer is expected to address last week’s attack and respond to his former badociate’s actions.
Ronda Rousey’s new rivalry
Ronda Rousey retained the RAW Women’s Championship at WWE’s first ever all-women’s Pay-Per-View show Evolution last night at the Nbadau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in New York.
Rousey made Nikki Bella tap out to the Armbar and the two-time Divas Champion doesn’t seem set to ask for a rematch as she hinted that she will take another long leave of absence from WWE to tend to her extracurricular activities.
Nia Jax won a historic Women’s Battle Royal earlier on that night and became the No1 Contender for the RAW Women’s Championship.
The UFC Hall of Famer and Jax seem set to rekindle their rivalry tonight and they could set up a match for Survivor Series next month.
DX vs Brothers of Destruction tease
Shawn Michaels has decided to come back from retirement for one more match.
He has reformed D-Generation X with his best friend Triple H in order to face Kane and The Undertaker at WWE Crown Jewel next month.
DX and The Brothers of Destruction have exchanged some heated words with each other and tonight could be a little more intense.
WWE.com teased that the two legendary factions may make an appearance and finally “throw down” before this Friday’s dream match.
Braun Strowman distraction
Reigns was expected to defend the Universal Championship against Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar in a Triple Threat Match at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia but his recent announcement led to a change of plans.
Strowman is now set to face Lesnar one-on-one this Friday at the King Saud University Stadium but seems to be dealing with a big distraction.
The Monster Among Men has been embroiled in a heated rivalry with McIntyre following a series of vicious attacks on RAW.
The two superstars are expected to continue their feud tonight and Ziggler could get involved to back his partner.
Elias’ big hit
Elias turned babyface last week after Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin interrupted his live music performance.
The Drifter didn’t take kindly to the interference and smashed his guitar on Corbin’s head.
WWE hinted that the ex-NXT star may be forced to apologise, and if that happens then we could see another intense confrontation between him and The Lone Wolf.
