    Analysis

Of course, it was another convoluted promo segment that was putting in He had two big games, but he was introducing at least blood to the title picture, including Elias and McIntyre, so everything is forgiven.

    Or most is, at least.

It was a long segment that could have shaved for five to 10 minutes, and more Heyman but for that it was, there were many more and more predictable ring giveaways in the ring to launch the recent episodes of WWE television

Analysis [19659004Clbadement] The end was not at all smooth but the action that preceded it was fantastic and representative of the three incredibly talented Superstars involved.

Reigns bled hard, involuntarily releasing the physical brutality of the match. McIntyre looked like a beast and Balor came out of the fight by looking at the best of the three, coming a second to pin Reigns back he was not for the third man in the contest.

This is a testament to the booking and performance of the three involved Superstars that any of them could have won and be credible enough to go into next week's bout.

In the Extreme Rules, Dolph Ziggler narrowly missed a 30-minute Iron Man match with the Intercontinental Championship still in its place, thanks to Drew McIntyre's excellent timing. Interference costing victory to Seth Rollins

He headed to the ring Monday in a festive atmosphere, the championship tightening his size.

Ziggler described himself as Iron Man and attributed the merit of having legitimized the Intercontinental Field. He made his first show à la carte in 17 years. Bobby Roode interrupted the debate and challenged Ziggler to a game. The champion refused to put the title on the line but he gave him a match.

Roode took the fight to Ziggler, capitalizing on a competitor sure to be exhausted following his Iron Man performance just 24 hours earlier. Ziggler returned the tables with a big dropkick and founded the veteran competitor.

Roode's pioneered in the game but Ziggler delivered a ball that sent his opponent head first in the final lap before the break.

Ziggler continued to control the fight and even delivered a Zig-Zag at one point but could not keep Roode's shoulders pinned. Roode tried a comeback and came out of the ropes but seemed to twist his knee. Alert, the IC champion caught him with a superkick to score the hard-fought victory.

Analysis [19659004] The heat for this one was almost nonexistent but on the heels of a fantastic start, and with a Roode who has been persona non grata for weeks, it's not hard to see why.

The action was pretty solid, the transitions were strong, but nobody really bought Roode as a threat to win the game. This is perhaps one of the biggest indictments of the writing team given the quality of this type.

A strong and clear victory for Ziggler that should silence some critics who claim to be able to win only when McIntyre comes in his name. If this is not the case, it would probably be difficult to maintain grade C +.

Moments after Mojo Rawley confronted Bobby Roode behind the scenes, the old Hype Bro was fighting Tyler Breeze in

The Old Green Bay Packer crushed Breeze, overwhelming his former NXT companion with his strength and ferocity.

The match turned out to be just a squash since Mojo delivered a version of Monty Brown's Pounce, followed with a corner punch and finished with a modified Alabama Slam.

This person was destined to showcase Rawley's new, aggressive and intense side and he managed much more than the recent series of matches that the former Arizona Sun Devil had with No Way Jose. This can probably be attributed to the fact that Breeze is a better worker and that he has always made good opponents.

Rawley has raw ability and discovered the seriousness of himself that will lead him to more success than his hype gimmick would have. More victories like this one, where he shakes the opposition, will only help his cause.

The referee called the bell, awarding the game to Brooke and Fox by disqualification as a result of Banks' ruthless attack. 19659004] The Boss headed for the locker room as Bayley stared at him, not sure what to do with his former friend.

Flood Champion Alexa Bliss made her way to the square circle, her arrogance to a record level while she was taking a mic, Mickie James by his side.

Braggadocios following her victory, she claimed to have defeated all the women in the locker room.

The WWE Universe sparked a song "Ronda Rousey" which was soon met by an appearance of the UFC Hall of Fame. Rousey blocked Bliss's exit and confronted the champion. She grabbed James, laid him out and teased him the finisher's arm.

Bliss and several referees shot James safely until Rousey wiped the whole crowd. She grabbed Bliss by the hair, led her into the circle and prepared to unleash hell on the champion. Kurt Angle appeared and ordered Rousey to go home

Constable Baron Corbin appeared and asked Angle for a reprimand for his actions. After further back and forth, Angle announced that Rousey would challenge Bliss for the Raw Women's Championship at SummerSlam if she could behave for the rest of her suspension.

It was the same squash match that we have seen Authors since their arrival on the main list, just with a more established competition.

The problem here is that there is clearly no real plan with the team. Akam and Rezar were called before WWE Creative knew what to do with them, they lost manager Paul Ellering and the result was uneven, sometimes non-existent, pushed.

Now that they're back on television, you'd think that would be a good thing. Unfortunately, it is still obvious that management has no idea what to do with them and a result is an act that should be much more than what it is.

Liv Morgan failed to knock Ember Moon off for two weeks in a row. As a result, his teammate Sarah Logan of Riott Squad would face the Shenom in singles, in hopes of reversing the situation of the rebel team.

Intense Logan controlled the game while commentator Michael Cole told a bit of his story, including his interest in the Vikings and their lifestyle.

After several moments with Logan at the offensive, Moon sought to create a separation. She did it, blowing up the Kentuckian with a hard right hand that let the heel check for missing teeth.

Moon followed with a nasty knee lift. Morgan tried to get involved but Moon castigated her. Morgan capitalized for a cumulative that marked a near-fall.

Logan is the incarnation of a pro, a strong hand in the ring whose personal achievements have been sacrificed for the improvement of the Riott team as a whole. His great moment and his victory were not only a personal success, but also an improvement of his character and a connection with the public.

Moon will continue his war with The Riott Squad, presumably until the return of Riott and a series with the group's tattooed chief

For now, she will seek revenge on Logan, who in turn stole a Monday night

Seth Rollins, Elias and Bobby Lashley defeated in the second match Triple Threat of the evening, the right to challenge Roman Reigns in seven days for a shot at the Brock Lesnar World Championship in play.

Elias jumped Rollins before the bell, disadvantaging The Architect just out of the gate. Lashley made him pay and Rollins hammered the point home with a large clothesline on the floor of the arena.

Back in the ring, Lashley paired with Rollins, working the rug against the former intercontinental champion. The action resumed in the break. After the advertisement, Rollins sent a big splash of frog to Lashley but Elias intercepted it and sent The Architect heading for the ground.

A pin attempt failed to keep Lashley's shoulders on the mat. In the corner with a loop bomb, Rollins delivered a superplex on Elias and followed with a Falcon Arrow for a count of two. Rollins rolled as the match progressed, defeating the opponent with two consecutive suicide dives

A big kick to Elias' jaw had Rollins moments of a win. A break from Lashley's pin attempt allowed his dreams to beat Lesnar at SummerSlam alive.

Analysis ] [19659004students] Not quite up to the level of the opening match, it was still a major event that gave us the expected results.

There will be some who will complain about the predictability of another Reigns-Lashley match. that these two were the two best challengers of the World Championship, now that we finally have a date back for Lesnar, letting them go to determine if the best competitor is exactly what it should be.

Rollins, as usual, stands out here and certainly has an argument for graduating in the universal title scene sooner than later. An unfinished job with Dolph Ziggler should keep him busy coming SummerSlam, though.
