Austin Rivers is winning the adoration of Knicks fans, although that may not extend to the home.
The guard posted a hilarious video on Instagram of him explaining to his girlfriend, Audreyana Michelle, that he was going to be training at the Knicks facility Tuesday on the team’s day off after returning from a road trip in ‘one week.
“She’s crazy, I want to go hoop on my day off … and we (the team) have just returned from a long road trip.” lol and yes it’s real, ”Rivers said in her first caption on Instagram history.
“Can I have a day for myself?” Michelle is heard asking in the background. “Do you want to spend f-king day with me?”

Rivers, who signed a three-year, $ 10 million contract this offseason, is off to an impressive start with the Knicks. After missing training camp and the first four games with a groin injury, Rivers is averaging 10 points per game in three games despite lacking training time under Tom Thibodeau.
Rivers was on the ground in the closing minutes of back-to-back wins against the Pacers and Hawks, scoring 3 points to seal both wins.
Rivers ended the video with a photo of the Knicks’ training facility with the caption, “I stopped … She’s hot right now” with a laughing emoji.
Rivers and Michelle have been dating since early 2020 and are expecting a child together.
