Apple announced today the opening speech of October 30th. This is under the motto "There is more to be done" and is transmitted via the live stream.

Apple confirms: "There is still a lot to do" in the live stream

Apple recently announced the fourth speech of the year. On its own website, the manufacturer now confirms that the event will be broadcast live. This takes place at 10:00 am local time. Since the event is taking place this time in New York (and not on the west coast of the United States), the speech begins at 3 pm, German time. Due to the shift from the weekend to the winter time on the day of the main speech, there are five hours between German time and New York time.

We can not remember that Apple had already organized an event at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. This could be a first. For invitations, Apple uses not only a logo, but many others. If you update the Apple Event website multiple times, all logos must intersect. Requirements for the Apple feed have not yet announced. For the iPhone XS event, it was the following:

  • iPhone / iPad / iPod touch with Safari on iOS 10.0 or later
  • Mac with Safari on macOS 10.12 or later
  • a PC with Microsoft Edge under Windows 10
  • AppleTV (2G or 3G) with software 6.2 or later or AppleTV 4G
  • other platforms with the latest version of Chrome or Firefox (MSE, H.264 and AAC required)

We are waiting for various new Apple products on October 30th. So we are moving, among other things, the introduction of the new iPad Pro and an entry-level MacBook. But a new Mac mini and a new iMac could also be the focus. It remains to be seen whether the AirPods 2 and AirPower will be at the rendezvous.
