KLAGENFURT.A 57-year-old man from the municipality of Magdalensberg (district of Klagenfurt-Land) died on Monday after a fight in a local hospital in Klagenfurt.

The man had fallen to the ground after a punch and hit his head. He was seriously injured in the head and died on Monday.

Aged 57, he had spent the evening with a 52-year-old at the Magdalensberg restaurant. He drank a lot of alcohol. When the waitress wanted to close the bar after one o'clock in the morning, the two men fought. The 52-year-old woman hit the oldest in the face, the 57-year-old woman remained unconscious on the floor. The waitress cleared the rescue, which led the man to the hospital for intensive care.

Meanwhile, the attacker had already left the restaurant. The police then went to his apartment and found him. The officials wanted to do an alcohol test, but the 52-year-old refused. Now waiting for a criminal case for negligence.
