All about the eSport tournament, win tickets

At the end of July 2018, the PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds Global Invitational (PGI) is held in Berlin. And for this occasion, we offer 5 × 4 day tickets in cooperation with Bluehole! Here you can learn everything about the big eSport tournament from PUBG manufacturers.

What is the Global Invitational (PGI) of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds? Behind this long name lies the largest eSPORT tournament ever organized for PUBG, fully hosted by developer PUBG Corp. (a division of Bluehole). The first big official competition is therefore a very special case of the heart for the developers.

Previously there were preliminary qualifiers. For Europe, there are three teams in the race who qualified for the last time at the European Qualifiers in Leicester (England) among 20 teams. The main sponsor of the tournament is the Intel processor manufacturer.

What can I do there? First, you can watch the big tournament live in the arena. Then there are the following additional activities:

What are the rules? [19659024] PUBG Corp plans to publish the complete rules later. Until now, the following elements are known:

• All teams must play matches in the TTP (3rd person) and FPP (ego-view) prospects.
• The tournament will last 4 days. There will be 16 rounds
• To determine the rank of a team, the placing at the end of the game and the winnings will be considered. So camping up until the end is not necessarily a good idea.

What is the price in silver?

Overall, PUBG Corp has jumped a $ 2,000,000 prize pool. This pool is again divided into one million each for the TTP and FPP disciplines. The money then shares the finalists for a key to name again. The winning team will dust off the lion's share.
