Apple has renewed its entry-level notebook MacBook Air aging. The new version of the famous notebook has a significantly improved screen with higher resolution and a fingerprint scanner, which was previously reserved for more expensive Pro models. At the same time, the starting price in Europe increases from 1 099 to 1 349 euros.

Also new, Apple has introduced a new version of its iPad Pro tablet computer, intended for users, in which the screen occupies almost the entire front.

The case of the new Air model is entirely made from recycled aluminum for the first time. Apple underlies its claim to be as ecological as possible.

When Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, unveiled the first MacBook Air in a paper envelope more than ten years ago, its revolutionary design has steered the notebook market.

Recently, the air in Apple's product line seemed to be a remnant of another era, as many hardware components were obsolete.

FaceID arrives

Apple's new iPad Pro has replaced – in the same way as the new iPhones – the fingerprint scanner via Facial Face Recognition. The narrower edges around the screen have made the case of the larger version of the iPad Pro with a much smaller 13-inch screen and it now has the size of an A4 sheet.

Thanks to a new chip, the iPad is faster than 92% of laptops sold in the last twelve months. Cook pointed out at the same time that Apple had sold more iPads over the past year than major PC makers were able to sell laptops.

The new Apple pen

The new Apple stylus for drawing on the screen of the iPad can adhere magnetically to the edge of the device – and also recharges wirelessly. Switching between devices will be possible without connecting the Apple stylus to the charger.
As reported in media reports and badysts, the "Lightning" connection known on the iPhone has been replaced by the USB-C as on the new MacBook.
For example, you can charge an iPhone from the battery of an iPad Pro.
