Bankruptcy: Althofner company has 1.3 million debts

Enlighto AG of Althofen is bankrupt. Today, Monday, a reorganization procedure with self – administration has been opened.

Althofen. Althofner Enlighto AG had to go bankrupt with around 1.3 million debts. The liabilities of approximately 1.8 million euros are offset by badets of approximately 500,000 euros.

The company, based in the Althofen Industrial Park, produces and sells luminous paints, the insolvency of three employees. The employees' employment relationship ended on October 31st.

Due to difficulties in sales could not generate the required sales, is indicated as a cause of bankruptcy. Above all, the focus has been on the distribution of technologies (licenses) instead of products.

Negotiations with investors, which are already in the final stages, will be continued in order to bring them to a quick result and receive the corresponding investment payments.
