The Battle Royale mode in "Battlefield 5" will probably not be as big as in other games. According to one of the developers, the number of players per card should be limited to 64, as was always the case with "Battlefield".

Thank God, "PUBG" and "Fortnite", all fencers needing something need a Battle Royale mode, where countless players face off on a huge card until they reach the end of the game. to have only one. Although this is possible in all previous games with the Battle Royale mode with up to 100 players, in "Battlefield 5", apparently, only 64 players can fight simultaneously on a card. This was announced by developer Ryan MacArthur at VG247.

"Battlefield" should remain "Battlefield"

As a reason to limit the number of players called MacArthur, it results in the feeling of "battlefield" that should continue to be transported. In the multiplayer games of the series, there was finally never more than 64 players simultaneously on a map on the move. It is quite possible that, from the point of view of the developers, the cards are simply too small when up to 100 players play at the same time.

However, the last word does not seem to be pronounced yet. It is therefore quite possible that Dice developers will increase the maximum number of players for the Battle Royale mode called "Firestorm". The game will be released November 20 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One initially without the Battle Royale mode. This should be submitted in January 2019 by update. Origin Access and EA Access subscribers can play the first title cards in advance since Friday.
