Claudio Ranieri is back in the Premier League!
The Italian now takes over from Till Taillight Fulham. Londoners announce Wednesday. Ranieri succeeds Slavisa Jokanovic, who has scored only five points with the "Cottagers" of the first twelve rounds.
"Claudio is a risk free decision for the Premier League and it embodies exactly what we need now," said Fulham's director Shahid Khan.
Ranieri allowed Leicester City to win a league title in 2016. More recently, he worked for Nantes in Ligue 1.
"It's an honor for me to have the chance to play at Fulham, it's a fantastic club with a lot of tradition and history," Ranieri said. "The goal of the club should not only be to keep the clbad, we must be a tough opponent at all times."
The first match under Ranieri denies Fulham on November 24 at home against Southampton FC.
