The 33-year-old composer presents her debut album "Klee".
VIENNA. Now here is the first album of Ina Regen. And the longplayer film keeps what Rain's first single "Wie a Kind" had promised: with eleven numbers, the musician gives a glimpse of her life.
"The song" Wir vermm Geschichte "evokes the conclusion of a journey in which every day something very special happens," says the Austrian High, who lives in Vienna for years but sings in his native dialect. "These little things, however, are changing the world's view, so no day is meaningless just because it's not part of the great history books of the time."
1st place on iTunes
The themes of the remaining songs on the album "Klee" are also philosophical. "The album speaks of the eternal search for happiness, both at home and in the collective," said the 33-year-old. And happily, Ina Regen can really rejoice: After the presentation of the first single "Wie a Kind" at this year's Amadeus Austrian Music Awards in April at the Volkstheater, the audience was applauded, followed by first place on iTunes and more than 1, 6 million clicks of the song on You Tube.
A surprise, because the rain worked hard. After completing her singing studies, she took acting lessons, worked as a musical actress and sang in the background with great artists such as Marianne Mendt.
With "Klee", Regen has conquered a fixed place in the world of local pop. "I want to engage a dialogue with other people with my songs," said Regen modestly. "Music is about connection."
