iOS 12.1.1, tvOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.2: new versions for developers

Apple just added the missing betas. iOS 12.1.1 is now available in beta 2, tvOS 12.1.1 also. There is also a new beta version of watchOS: watchOS 5.1.2 Beta 1.
