On Monday night, Apple released new beta versions for iOS, tvOS and watchOS. iOS 12.1 can now be downloaded and installed in the fifth beta by registered developers.

The prerequisite is that an appropriate developer profile is installed on the iOS device.

iOS 12.1 should bring the previously expected group calls into Facetime on iOS and Mac. This feature allows you to have group calls with up to 32 participants.

macOS Mojave will probably have the function in version 10.14.1.

In addition, 70 new emoticons will be part of iOS 12.1.

Apple also distributed the fifth beta version of watchOS 5.1 to developers registered today.

This update will also distribute new emoticons to all owners of a compatible Apple Watch.
