Liverpool remains undefeated in the Premier League. Coach Jürgen Klopp's team won 2-0 (1-0) on Sunday against FC Fulham and celebrated their ninth win in the twelfth match. Mohamed Salah (41) and Xherdan Shaqiri (53) scored goals for the Reds, who had previously failed repeatedly against powerful Fulham goalkeeper Sergio Rico.
Less than a minute before Salah's first goal, Alexander Mitrovic had scored a goal for Fulham, who had however retired from the game due to an offside position. While London guests were still struggling with failed leadership, Liverpool launched a super-fast counter-attack that led to the goal.
The Reds have won the home win, at least in the short term, at the top of the Premier League standings, before playing in the afternoon, Chelsea and the Manchester City champion. FC Fulham are still waiting for their second win of the season and remain in last place.
