Hangar 13 now extends over four offices (Brighton, Brnn, Prague, Novato). Mafia 3 was the starting point of the studio, but as Blackman and Wilson point out, it is now in the next phase
It should also be remembered that 2K Czech originally worked on Mafia 3 before restructuring and to restart. Development did not go well and Hangar 13 was still under construction. Meanwhile, the studio is in a better and better structured position, which should affect the quality of future projects.
