Time is a bird: This March data collection was launched for the study conducted by Trovarit "ERP in practice – user satisfaction, benefits and prospects". Now this phase is already over. More than 2,500 users participated in the 9th edition of the study and gave a certificate to their ERP solution and their maintenance partner. Since the launch, more than 15,000 participants have logged their experiences and thus participated in the largest independent vendor experience exchange among ERP users. The study has been conducted every two years in Germany, Austria and Switzerland every two years since 2004.
"Subject to a final quality review, we can affirm the satisfaction of users for 41 ERP solutions, "says Karsten Sontow, CEO of Trovarit AG Fixed. "Our thanks for this excellent result, in addition to the participants, is also validated by the ERP vendors themselves, who have once again supported our study with great dedication in attracting their customers."
First results will be published early September. Also starting in September, Trovarit AG will provide a management summary with the most important results for free download at http://www.trovarit.com/erp-praxis/.
