The new AirPod 2 have been roaming the rumor for some time now. Something Countable Apple has not yet presented in this regard. Now, rumors are feeding more and more, while new AirPods 2 have appeared in a Bluetooth database.
New AirPods 2 to approach
New AirPods earphones appeared in the database of the special Bluetooth interest group as of November 1st. This is an indication to us that the new AirPod 2s are running.
As stated by the colleague of MySmartPrice, the model numbers are called A2031 and A2032. It should work from the right and left AirPods. Both have successfully completed the Bluetooth certification process.
The new AirPods are titled REV1.1 by Apple, while the hardware version of the original AirPods is "REV1.0". The new AirPods are connected via Bluetooth 5.0 to the iPhone, the iPad, the Mac and the Apple Watch. Details do not appear in the Bluetooth database.
As mentioned at the beginning, rumors about a new generation of AirPod have been around for quite some time. Among other things, this should have the function "Hey Siri". Interestingly, such a feature had already been demonstrated by Apple in the iPhone XS Keynote, without going into details or making an announcement.
The AirPower charging station and the wireless AirPods charging unit should also be mentioned in this context. Both Apple had already presented more than a year ago, but not yet released on the market. Both accessories could be placed in the same breath on the shelves.
