Rafael Nadal bids farewell to the ATP Finals in London

Rafael Nadal does not participate in the final phase of the ATP in London. The 32-year-old Spaniard shares the Monday afternoon, a few hours before the draw, in a statement on Facebook.

He is therefore the second superstar, who refuses his participation alongside Argentine Juan Martin Del Potro. The second in the world ranking of ATP had suffered an injury to the abdominal muscle before his planned return to Paris-Bercy, which still causes him health problems.

So also fix: Novak Djokovic will remain at the end of the year number one of the tennis gentlemen. The next substitute should be the American John Isner, currently Race-Zehnter.
