The organizer reacted promptly: another concert will take place in Munich on June 9, 2019, due to the high demand. But these cards are now obviously exhausted. In the meantime, the speaker said the technical failure due to the required ticket customization. This kept the customers on the Eventim website longer.
He only said: "There is a lot going on right now, because of a lot of simultaneous requests to our systems, you're staying in the waiting room for a short while." A small consolation for fans of Rammstein should be that at least in other European countries, tickets are still available.
