Brian Crutcher, head of the Texas-based wood chip company, is back after just six weeks in power. The reason are "violations of the code of conduct," the company said on Tuesday. They are related to Crutcher's personal behavior. However, they have nothing to do with operations or balance sheets.
Crutcher, who has held various positions for Texas Instruments for 22 years, was only promoted to president of the company on June 1. Today, his predecessor Rich Templeton definitively takes over the management of the group.
