Together with star chef Sascha Kemmerer from Vorarlberg, Peter Reithmayr, chef at the Geinberger restaurant "Aqarium", has prepared a six-course meal for food lovers. "I'm happy to be here in Geinberg, the harmony with Reithmayr is perfect, the atmosphere is very relaxed," said Kemmerer, who has three tuques since 2014.
Innzander served with celery and fermented garlic and homemade venison with pickled pumpkin. Facilitator Reithmayr expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with Kemmerer: "He asked me if we were cooking together at Geinberg, and the chemistry that unites us is perfect." In 2019, Reithmayr plans several cooking evenings with the best national chefs.
