The FBI must investigate because of Model 3 against Tesla

The US manufacturer of electric cars Tesla has threatened after a settlement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, apparently again a new legal problem. The San Francisco prosecutor's investigation into Tesla's criminal investigations has intensified in recent weeks, the Wall Street Journal quoted inmates as saying.

Documents Requested by Tesla

The Tesla press office acknowledged on request that the Ministry of Justice had requested this year's production forecast for Model 3 documents. However, this had happened months before, they had cooperated with the requests and since then they have not received any further requests for information or summons.

At the beginning of the production of Model 3, Tesla set transparency and tackled problems openly, the statement said. The Department of Justice and the Attorney General of San Francisco did not comment on the report.

Tesla has closed a large law firm: Musk agreed in September to settle the transaction with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which sued for market manipulation following its privatization of Tesla, dismantled at the hurry.
