THQ Nordic: HandyGames (Townsmen and Clouds & Sheep) was acquired

THQ Nordic GmbH finalized the acquisition of HandyGames based in Giebelstadt (Germany). THQ Nordic AB (the Swedish parent company) has acquired all IPs and franchises, such as Townsmen or Clouds & Sheep, in the same breath. The management team, all employees and location are supported. HandyGames will act as an international publisher for small and medium sized projects and developers in the future.
