the Spider-Man: far from home trailer, which was full of spoilers and Easter Eggs, debuted online May 6, with a spoiler warning from Tom Holland at the start. When we revisited the first trailer after knowing what was happening in End of Gamewe noticed a heavier story hiding among the hijanks of adolescence. The second trailer is a real spoiler and reveals how Peter Parker – and the world – manages the consequences of End of Game and what Thanos could say for the universe as a whole.

The move makes sense. Spider-Man: far from home the trailers must be in theaters before the release of the movie, but the only way to present them without essentially messing up the Endgame plot is to play them safe after watching. Marvel has already done that with Captain America: the first avenger, playing the trailer of Avengers like the post-credit scene, after a mid-credits scene with Cap and Nick Fury. Hungry Marvel fans have something to expect.

Avengers: End of the game debuted in theaters April 26, without the typical Marvel post-credit scene. Instead, the credits end with a subtle moment, a tribute to the first film of the MCU.

Avengers: End of the game has been released now. Spider-Man: far from home Entered the theaters on July 2nd.
