Avengers: Endgame: Shuri did not survive Infinity War, according to Marvel's new poster

For almost a year, Marvel fans had to accept the idea that their favorite movie superheroes had fallen to dust after the fall of Thanos at the end of the month. Avengers: war in the infinite. Black Panther, Falcon, Bucky, Spider-Man – all dead. That's what makes next month Avengers: End of the game so seductive: the rest of the Earth's most powerful heroes must find a way to bring back their friends and half the life of the universe.

We thought we saw all the carnage. Allow Marvel to introduce an exasperating wrinkle (and a savvy marketing ploy) a month in advance. End of Game: It turns out that Shuri, the adored genius of the Adolescents and technological architect of Wakanda, is among the dead.

Marvel released a plethora of character posters on Tuesday, exactly one month ahead of End of Gamewho say "avenge those who have fallen". The characters appearing in color – Thor, Iron Man, Captain America and Captain Marvel, among others – are characters still alive after the clash. Shuri's poster is in black and white (above), as well as those of heroes such as Spider-Man, Black Panther, Loki and Groot – all of which were sprayed during War of Infinity, apparently confirming that Shuri too had been sprinkled.

Shuri also appears as one of the "disappeared" of the first End of Game trailer:

Before these posters, however, there was reason to believe that Shuri was not dead.

It has not been dusted off the screen, which suggests to fans that it may have survived the slam. In addition, Angela Bassett, who plays Shuri and Ramonda, Black Panther's mother, said in an interview with Screen Rant that her character and Shuri were still alive as a result of War of Infinity. This poster seems to indicate that Bassett may not be the last word regarding Marvel's intrigues.

Because Shuri is so loved, some fans are annoyed to this new development. But the fate of Shuri and the rest of the dusted heroes will really be decided in End of Game, which will be released in cinemas on April 26, 2019.
